From your first steps in the home the views will captivate you. Enter the beautifully decorated living room and take in the wall of windows overlooking the ski area and Main Street. From the plush couches to the window seat, you really can’t go wrong. Curl up by the fire, listen to the Sonos sound system, or watch the latest sports and movies on the 55” 4K Roku TV

Enjoy meals in the all-new, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a large pantry and plenty of seating. Take advantage of the newly expanded deck by grilling or enjoying the views outside for happy hour! Tired of cooking and want to eat out? Dozens of excellent restaurants are within short walking distance.

All three bedrooms are ensuite and feature blackout shades and closets with ample storage. The upper-level king suite features breathtaking views of the ski area, walk-in closet, 50” 4K Roku TV, and a desk. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double sink, heated floor, and a large soaking tub (for extra relaxation).

Both the lower-level king suite and bunkroom suite (with two twin bunkbeds) each have all the amenities you’d expect, including heated bathroom floors so you can keep warm in the coldest months. The lower-level bunkroom leads directly outside to your own private hot tub with mountain views.

An upper-level den features a large sectional with a queen sleeper, 65” 4K Roku TV, and blackout shades – perfect for family movie nights or extra sleeping space.

From cubbies for ski gear and RAX ski and snowboard storage to all-new laundry room, state-of-the-art lighting, and multi-zone radiant heating system – the home’s upgrades are all designed to make your stay special!

Don't miss this central Breck location within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, groceries, and, of course, the gondola. In the summer, walk a few blocks to Carter Park or head over to the ski resort to enjoy a quick hike! Enjoy lunch on a patio, plenty of shopping, and local art fairs. Take a day trip to Vail, Buena Vista, Leadville and the many hiking trails from your home away from home!

    We visited Breckenridge for our niece's wedding. This property was great location, easy walking distance to restaurants/entertainment. Plenty of room for a large family. An unexpected bonus was the historical property (206 N Ridge) across the street.

    We booked this property for a family vacation, 3 adult couples. The place was perfect for us. Located a block off of Main (preferred) on Ridge within walking distance of just about everything.

    It was beautifully remodeled recently. It is a condo but you do not really know you have neighbors. We are cooks and love the ability on vacation. This property's kitchen was well equipped for family meals. Many rentals are not. There aren't a stock of shelf stable spices etc. but that is now the case in most post COVID rentals.

    Management Company communication was good, easy check-in and check-out.

    This is a wonderfully appointed rental with a great location. We had 3 adults and 4 teenagers. The media room was a wonderful space.
    The walk to the gondola was easy- there and back. (I’m a fifty seven year old and this was easily done in ski boots.)
    The property is on a slight hill. The views of the mountain and the town (town twinkles at night) are spectacular.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We had our family of four as well as my parents with us and we had plenty of room. The furniture is all very comfortable and new!
