Our spacious and comfortable penthouse condo has the perfect all season location. Sundowner, located on Four O'Clock Road, is just a short walk (or free shuttle ride) to the Snowflake lift or the base of Peak 9. Ski back in from the Four O'Clock run off of Peak 8 with a short walk back to the condo. Main Street shopping, restaurants and Breck's many festivals are just a quick 5 minute walk around the corner!

This spacious 1200 sq.ft. top floor unit comfortably accommodates 8 people in 2 bedrooms with a loft as the 3rd bedroom and 2 full baths. Updated finishes in this unique condo include granite counter tops and updated baths, new insulated walls, and pine doors and trim throughout. Mountain cabin decor with the luxury of the penthouse location.

The master bedroom has a plush king bed, en suite bath, flat screen TV and access to a private deck. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed and use of the updated hall bath. The loft has plenty of room for 4 in two bunk beds. Vaulted ceilings and sky lights in every room - including the loft - allow the brilliant mountain light to stream in.
Relax in the large great room while watching the new flat screen TV and surfing the complimentary high speed internet. A wood burning fireplace which is a welcome treat on cool nights. A sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room for extra sleeping accommodations.

A fully-equipped kitchen has beautiful cabinetry. It's well stocked for a sizable family gathering. The large dining room table seats 8, and the breakfast bar seats an additional 4. You can also enjoy your coffee or a sunny lunch on the dining room deck with views of town and the back mountain range.

The amenities continue in the complex clubhouse! Guests have full access to an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. There are shared central laundry facilities on site with a secure ski locker. This is your ideal Colorado getaway!

This property is professionally managed. Our housekeepers are top notch and clean up to the highest of standards. We follow local lodging association guidelines.

*Please note: Although 4WD is not required, it is recommended when traveling to the mountains during the winter months. Lots of snow is great for skiing, but not easy to travel in without adequate transportation.

* This property does not have A/C. Most properties in the mountains do not have air conditioning. If it gets too warm in the property, we just open the windows to create a nice breeze and use the fans in the closets.

* This complex does not have an elevator and is located on the top floor. Guests must be capable of climbing 3 flights of stairs to get to the property.

    This is one of the more well-stocked rentals we've done for a Ski trip. The kitchen, dining, and living room with open high ceilings is a very fun area for a family or larger group. The loft setup was a little difficult to navigate. Only downside was the third floor and narrow steps up.

    Awesome ski chalet. Exactly as billed. Would rent it all over again. VRBO screwed up and charged our credit card twice. They refunded one of the charges quickly - but because we booked from Canada their processing mistake cost us an additional $260

    Great place, super clean and walking distance to both the Snowflake ski lift and downtown. Having a ski locker is awesome. Didn't have to carry snow covered skis up to the third floor. Just a reminder, if you are coming from sea level like I did, the air is a little thin. But the stay was great, had everything we needed to cook the occasional dinner and breakfast every morning before hitting the slopes.

    We had a wonderful time staying here while in Breckenridge. With two bedrooms and a loft, it was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of room for us to spread out. The condo is close to the shuttle or just a short drive to peak 8. It's also just a short walk to main street. We had a couple of hiccups obtaining codes to the trash receptacle and ski storage, but Ryan was very helpful in getting this information for us.I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

    Except for missing a pizza pan, this condo is incredibly well stocked. Each drawer and cabinet shelf is labeled which is a nice touch. The walk to the Snowflake Lift isn't bad as long as you rent from the Blue River Charter Ski rental which is right at Snowflake. That way, you can walk in your ski boots & then store skis there each night. Surprised me how quick of a walk into town it is. We had no problems other than the boiler went out & the hot tub + pool was not useable on the latter part of our trip. Bring your own matches & plan on purchasing firewood at the store. Condo worked for us - 2 adults & 4 college age boys. We had fun playing UNO one night. Thank you for the games & the memories.

    Had a great stay at this property. Snowflake lift was a short 3 block walk or one stop on the shuttle away. Hot tub was on the far side of complex, but very nice and the indoor/outdoor heated pool was nice too. Only had one question about a parking permit when we arrived and the property manager was very quick to respond and take care of it. Had a great trip. Would stay here again.
