  Our experience staying at Trail View Lodge was nothing short of perfect. The home is beautiful, spacious, well maintained and in a great location. We were close enough to bike into town easily and the neighborhood is wonderful for walking. We have rented many homes in Breck and Trail View Lodge exceeds them all. The only contact we had with Majestic Lodging was to call for additional kitchen garbage bags and they were promptly delivered. We can't recommend Majestic Lodging and Trail View Lodge highly enough!

  Overall the house was OK for our group.
  Several issues we had:
  Per the description of the kitchen on VRBO, "...and a Viking Four burner gas stove with griddle and grill"...we found out after arrival that there are stickers on the griddle & grill that it is not be used. The handles have even been removed from the front of the cooktop. There is a sign to use the electric griddle which was not there...management dropped off a griddle the next day.
  The master shower is equipped with a steam shower. It did not work the first day..contacted management. Worker came out the next day and said he would look into repair and management would get back to us. almost a week later we had heard nothing, so contacted management...was told the MR. Steam Co. would be fixing it (not during or stay though).
  Gas fireplace in master bedroom did not seem to work...controls are on the wall next to fireplace but did not do anything.
  Same situation with gas fireplace in main living room...tried to turn it on once but nothing happened. Gas fireplaces weren't a huge deal so never contacted management.
  Beverage / wine fridge in kitchen never got very cold so didn't use it.

  Very nice house and plenty of room for our group. It was clean (for the most part) and comfortable. Don't use the jetted tubs! My granddaughter accidentally turned one on and gross stuff shot out! They did bring a replacement microwave the next day when the one in the kitchen was shooting sparks. They were NOT accommodating to our request to check in early even though we were sitting in the driveway and the cleaners were already gone. I felt that the property manager could have been friendlier but other than those things, we enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that there was not a bus stop nearby so we had to drive to the slopes and pay for parking (until we discovered the free parking at Airport Road).

  Very roomy and stocked kitchen. The view was amazing. The only drawback is it is not on the bus route to the lifts. It was a short drive but ended up having to rent a car. The house is comfortable and has many nice perks - heated floors, outdoor hot tub, massive master bathroom. We enjoyed our stay!

  The home was very clean and warm. We had no problems and enjoyed all the amenities of the home. We would rent this home again! It was close to town and the lifts. The heated floors made the home warm and comfortable. I loved how the kitchen was labeled as to where things should go. I would recommend more coffee mugs and towels. Great vacation home! The views from the master bedroom and main part of the home were breathtaking. We loved our stay!

  Stayed at this place with a group of 8 people. The house far exceeded our expectations. The views from the main lounge and master bedroom were amazing. Lots of space for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed down to coffee filters. We are planning on making this stay an annual thing!

  The house was so cozy and well stocked with everything we could possibly need! I especially enjoyed the radiant floor heat. It snowed twice during our stay and the views and location were just picturesque. The bathrooms sinks and jacuzzi had a bit of gunk around the faucets but everything else was very clean. Everything was in working order except one washing machine had an out of order sign and was full of water, but there were two machines in the house so it wasn't a big deal. The thermostat stopped working in the master suite at one point, but I contacted property management and they had someone out to fix it immediately.

  Our family thought this house and location was AMAZING. We have 6 kids ages 5-14 and they all agreed it was the “best rental house EVER!”. The space was wonderful and everything was clean and comfortable. I was able to prepare our Thanksgiving meal in the gourmet kitchen and had more than what I needed to do so. The mountain views are breathtaking and the hike on the path to town was fun too. Hot tub was sparkling and warm and the air
  hockey table fun for kids. All of the beds are comfortable, especially the sleep number bed in the master BR. Driving to town was only 10 min to grocery, restaurants, ski slopes, etc. Ice skating in Breck was a fun family moment too. We hope to be back!! What a place. Even more impressive than the photos.
