  Our second time staying here.
  Unbeatable location a short walk to the lifts and the Gondola to town. The house was spotless and the perfect accommodation for 11 of us on a post-Thanksgiving family trip. Plenty of beds and plenty of storage for all the gear. Great kitchen. Nice grill. Good hot tub.
  Master bedroom and bathroom are fantastic.

  The house was lovely and had great appeal. It was close to downtown Breckenridge which we like as we could walk there. Only negative we had was there are two home being built right across the street which created a lot of noise, especially early in the mornings. Other than that, the house and location were great.

  This property is a great place to stay for a large group. We had a few issues... mattresses need to be replaced. We all experienced poor support and “bottoming out” in middle of the bed. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The person using the master bedroom noted that the traffic on Ski Hill Road was disturbing for sleep. We did not use hot tub as water looked very cloudy. There is ongoing construction across the street. Noise wasn’t too bad and just be aware that workers are there from about 8am to 5p.
  There were only 3 wine glasses in kitchen on arrival, but Ryan was able to quickly have someone bring a supply of 10 more.
  The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Location is only 1 mile or so to downtown and grocery stores.
  Overall we enjoyed our stay despite a the few issues we encountered.

  We are a family of 8, the accomodations fit our needs very well...we wanted to be close to a lift, close to downtown, have a heated garage, and ample space. This place checked off all the boxes and more, there are heated floors and the front step area is also underground heated - a great add.

  Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ski Hill Lodge over Thanksgiving week. We have spent the past 8 years in Break for the holiday and this is by far the best home and location yet. There was plenty of room for all 6 (kids 17-22) of us. The home is clean and well appointed, the location is perfect, and the management company was outstanding. We will definitely be back.
