This home also provides a peaceful and beautiful setting for Spring, Summer and Fall vacations as well!!

There are two main living spaces in this property, one on the main level and another on the lower level. Relax by the fire upstairs while the kids watch movies and play downstairs.

The recently renovated kitchen boasts granite counter tops and updated cabinetry. An open concept feel in the great room offers large comfortable furnishings, a dining table that seats 6 plus, as well as extra seating at the breakfast bar. A wonderful gathering space for the entire group.

This property is one of the best ski in/ski out locations. Simply grab your gear and step out the back door! 4 O'Clock Ski Run is steps away - ski down and follow the signs to the Snowflake Lift. At the end of the day follow the 4 O'Clock Run right up to your back door. It's that simple!

NO A/C - Most properties in the mountains do not have air conditioning. If it gets too warm in the property, we just open the windows to create a nice breeze and use the fans in the closets.

  Great location- ski a hundred yards downhill to the Snowflake life. You will need to pop the skis off and cross the street. Skiing in the end of the day cannot be any easier. You can literally ski down 4 O’Clock run to the base of your private hot tub. The condo has two living areas, which is great when you have kids that want to hang by themselves. Would highly recommend the condo to all, just don’t book it the weeks that I’d like it. LOL
