  What a great experience! Nothing went right getting to our destination but once we arrived we felt right at home. Amazing location as you can walk everywhere.. I highly recommend staying at this property as everything was top notch and nothing beats sitting in the hot tub after a long day in the slopes.

  My husband and ur 4 kids (age 9months - 10 years) stayed here. Great space for the whole family. My daughter and I could walk to the gondola and back easily with ski gear and be dropped off right at peak 8. Elevation ski rentals was where we rented gear from. We could literally walk there too. Great location to Main Street and city market. Walking distance for all necessities!

  Overall, we were not happy with our stay, especially due to the rates and fees we paid for the stay. The furnishings were subpar in some areas and a few things on the property simply did not function properly. We were told someone was coming to fix the blind on the main window but no one ever showed up. The fireplace also did not work in the main living area.
  These are issues we experienced or suggestions for making the place feel like you are getting what you are paying for:
  Too many remotes - need one universal remote
  Fireplace in living room did not work, even after turning the switch on
  Blind on the large window did not work
  Toilet paper - come on. You should be able to afford at least a 2-ply TP that doesn’t feel like sandpaper.
  Trash cans - only one in the bathroom. Need at least another one in the bedroom.
  Bed pillows are nothing but flat pieces of foam
  Need areas for charging electronics on the nightstands
  The rugs in the living areas are very worn and need to be replaced.

  The property was very clean. We rent properties several times a year, and I am very happy to say that this property has been one of the cleanest. Only 6 of us were on this trip, and the size and floorplan were perfect for us. The youngest of us 6, oldest 76, so walking to the gondola was not a possibility. It was not difficult as one person drove to drop off and pick up. It's about 5 minutes from the garage to drop off. Ryan, our host, was great to work with from beginning to end,

  The accommodations did not disappoint. The 3 bedroom condo had plenty of space, 3.5 baths and modern decor and amenities! The views of the mountains from the living room or second floor hot tub were breathtaking. We enjoyed the outdoor deck/patio. It was walking distance from town with plenty of restaurants, shops and activities. The unit was clean and well maintained. We would definitely go back! Thank you for sharing this lovely property!!!

  We had a great 9 day stay over Christmas '22. There is an excellent ski rental place 1 min walk away, and the gondola was another 5 mins walk from there, so it was very convenient for skiing.
  
  The grocery store (which is always slammed) is across the street, and downtown Breck is a 10 minute walk down Main Street.
  
  Every amenity in the duplex was working and was very high-end. My family loved being together in the great room watching the TV and looking at the mountains. It was a great family trip.

  We had an amazing time at this vacation rental. The location is amazing. Downtown Breckenridge was a five-minute walk, an amazing walking and biking trail by the river was just across the road, and it was also a short walk to the grocery store.
  
  The house was in fantastic condition, and the hot tub on the roof was awesome after a long day of hiking. There were multiple living areas, and the three bedrooms were perfect for our family.
  
  I would absolutely stay here again.
