  We were three couples in our 50s, half of us skied & the other half enjoyed the house / surrounding areas. Our VRBO filters: 3 king beds & private hot tub. We have a lot of experience renting homes here over the past 20yrs.
  The most disappointing issue was the hot tub (key amenity). 1st day, the hot tub temp was 93 and no jets. Mgmt had us reset the breaker. Next night the temp was too hot (we got in but immediately got out). Checked the temp with a thermometer which showed 114! Mgmt told us to throw snow in hot tub to cool off and they would send a tech (next day). The tech said he was at home constantly for the hot tub and wasn’t surprised if it was cold or too hot. He also recommended the snow/water trick to cool it down. It wasn’t fun to stand in the cold trying to get the temp correct so we only used it twice.
  Before we arrived on Saturday, a txt from the mgmt company stated the main fridge in the kitchen was out of service. It was repaired and usable by Weds (5 days into stay). We did have access to small fridge in the garage but not very convenient & resulted in dust/dirt being tracked into house.
  The house could use a deep clean as the more we looked around the more dust and dirt we saw. We did find 2 issues but only reported 1 to management. Not reported was grounds left in the coffee maker (growing something). Did report a bunk bed with dirty sheets. Someone arrived within 30min of reporting to change the linen. The suites had comfortable beds and plenty of space. However, the showers were dangerously hot and temperature was hard to control.
  Overall mgmt was very responsive, but issues affected our stay. Not enough space to discuss other feedback, but I bet the house was great 15 years ago and it needs TLC to get back there.

  We had a wonderful time. Just my opinion to maybe consider swapping dining to Tv area the view from dinner table is beautiful but would have preferred to have a cup of coffee on a comfy sofa or chair with the beautiful mountain view and near the fireplace.
  Location is great about 10mins to town, groceries, restaurants, shops, & skiing. About 15mins to Frisco Adventure Park. If you want a quiet & relaxing place to stay this is the place to stay! The Kitchen was amazing and was our gathering spot. Great amenities. Would love to stay in summer with golf near by. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

  Long Ridge Lodge is an absolutely beautiful property near the golf course in Breckenridge. Our family had the best time and had all of the amenities of our home. We ran into one small issue and Majestic was at the door within 30 minutes and got everything back to perfect. I would highly recommend going through Majestic as well as booking Long Ridge Lodge!
